The tourist seasons 2011and prices

The rental rates vary depending on tourist seasons (low, medium or high season) as well as on weekends or special weeks ( weekend or holiday week).

The information is given only as an indication. Some owners could establish different periods.

Some advice

Confirm your arrival time with your host. If you are running late, think of calling your hosts.

Don’t forget that you are going to stay in an independent accommodation, check with your host the items you will be needing (bed sheets, bath towels...).

If you travel with pets, make sure in advance that they will be accepted.

In addition to the rent, you’ll have to pay for the charges of electricity, water and heating. A deposit will be required. All this information will be clearly mentioned on the rental contract that the owner will send you before your stay.
